This project involved site studies for three possible locations for a new deck as well as the relocation of the existing surface parking lot occupying the selected site. The final 900 car design takes advantage of a sloping site by breaking each of the five levels into a split-level arrangement of flat slabs connected to outpatient areas of the hospital by an enclosed pedestrian bridge which is then linked to two other buildings by a covered walkway.
